Could a band that have played big large venues for a global audience in their 80’s heyday swap it for a smaller low – key venue yet still appeal to their close knit fans….? Or is that mere wishful thinking….

China Crisis were at the top of their game 40  years ago and now four decades on they are still together demonstrating their longevity in the music world and have a series of classic numbers under their belt they hope to perform in the spring.

Let’s remind ourselves of one of their tracks – ‘Wishful Thinking’ –

It’s not some pipe dream that the band are playing a set of their beloved songs on Saturday 9th May 2026. Doors – 7pm for The Grand Venue – Clitheroe.
