~For some the sound of big explosions, bright lights and a burning effigy isn’t for them. In which case something alternative from Guy Fawkes night may be preferable.

This Saturday, November 5th 2016 Friends of Fishwick and St. Matthews are hosting a celebration with Artfull and Cacophany Arkestra to explore the great depth of creative work the Big Local Art project has unearthed upon the local residents.

The fun kicks off at 12noon from St. Joseph’s Sports Hall on Rigby Street with lunchtime food. In the afternoon you can enjoy local music, art displays, ‘have a go’ art workshops and a concluding mini carnival procession.

Experience the Big Local Art Project on Saturday 5th November 2016 from 12noon onwards.
