I, Daniel Blake - Stage Version

Almost ten years ago a ground breaking film broke down the barriers of the benefit system in an emotional drama which told the story of a man challenging the authorities until his last breath.

Now, I, Daniel Blake is being adapted to stage from the original film directed by Ken Loach. Dave Johns is at the helm for the stage version for a piece of theatre which will have you grabbing your tissues.

It will be performed at The Dukes – Lancaster from Tuesday 14th – Saturday 18th April 2026. Tickets are available to book from the following website link –
