In the space of two years a musical ensemble can develop and hone in on their craft. In 2023 jazz outfit Munch Manship Quartet performed to a respectable audience at The Continental pub –South Meadow Lane – Preston. It was a relaxed session with many jazz fans enjoying the set.

Now two years later they’re back to reclaim their glory at the same pub on Thursday December 11th 2025 from 7.30pm – 10.30pm.

Bringing together four North West jazz musicians with phenomenal pedigrees, the MUNCH MANSHIP QUARTET is a swinging, melodic outfit that evokes the hard bop bands of the 50s and 60s.

The line- up includes –

  • John Bailey – Guitar
  • Caroline Boaden – Drums
  • Gary Culshaw – Bass
  • Munch Manship - Tenor Sax

Entrance is free however seats are limited so arrive early.
