This week alone we’ve had some wintry weather in Lancashire and across the region. At this time of the year many people are longing for brighter days, hoping spring will come sooner and winter will end faster.

The soundtrack to spring is probably best described by the Aestus Quartet – four accomplished musicians who perform classical numbers with compassion and warmth.

They’ll be performing at the Blackburn Museum – Saturday 21st March 2026 – 3pm. Tickets are available to book from the following website link –
