The Cure - Show of a Lost World

40 years ago there were so many 80’s bands battling it out to be the top. Goth outfit turned pop The Cure were a band that were culturally relevant and had an assured series of songs that built them commercial success.

One such hit was the 1985 classic ‘Close To Me’. Check out the claustrophobic music video below –

However instead of being trapped in the past they have moved with the times and only recently released their hotly – anticipated comeback album. In 2024 the band performed the entirety of the record in full as well as classics for the fans.

From Friday 12th – Sunday 14th December you can experience the film footage of that concert. ‘The Cure – Show of a Lost World’ will be featured at The Dukes – Lancaster this winter. Tickets are available to book from the following website link –
