In the summer of 1975 came a blockbuster smash, literally. Directed by Steven Spielberg ‘Jaws’ would eat you alive. It was revolutionary at the time knocking out it’s contemporaries to bring you a shark infested disaster thriller.

Based on the 1974 novel by Peter Benchley it spawned several sequels and remains a classic in the modern era.

Now it’s reaching a new audience celebrating 50 years for ‘Cinema at the Continental’ – South Meadow Lane – Preston – This Tuesday 1st July 2025 – 6.50pm – 9.30pm.

Taking place every fortnight in the boatyard space, this popular evening is scheduled to show either –
