Adapting a novel into a feature film is no easy task. Stephen King’s classic 1982 book ‘The Shawshank Redemption’ was an emotional read upon it’s release.
It was then developed into a movie in 1994 where the book came to life, narrated and starred Morgan Freeman and Tim Robbins.
Over thirty years later and it’s reaching a new audience with the theatrical production taking place at HOME – Arts Centre – Manchester – 7th -11th October 2025. Tickets are available to book from the following website link -
