Preston Tech Connection Meet -Up -June 2025

In a BBC Newsnight special in 1999 the late great visionary musician David Bowie one gave a famous interview with Jeremy Paxman about both the brilliance and also the catastrophic fear the internet could have. Paxman didn’t seem convinced but Bowie believed we could be on the cusp of something terribly dangerous and chaos could erupt throughout the early part of the 21st century.

His fears were true and we should have listened to him. However, there is a new fear, the introduction and progression of AI.

‘Preston Tech Connection Meet – Up –June 2025 located at Society1 Co-working Space –Preston on Tuesday 3rd June from 6pm – 7.30pm will highlight both the positive and negative impact AI is bringing to our lives.
