Northern Design Festival 2025

Dates: 15 May 2025 - 17 May 2025

Location: Various venues across Lancaster city centre

There are a couple of definitions for the word ‘Transparency’. 1. – the characteristic of being easy to see through. 2 – a photograph or picture printed on plastic that you can see on a screen by shining a light through it.

If you’re a creative person you probably would have favoured the latter of the two and this has no doubt channelled the artistic persuasion for those attending this year’s ‘Northern Design Festival 2025’ with the overall theme – Transparency.

It will take place across various venues in Lancaster city centre from this Thursday 15th – Saturday 17th May.

The very essence of the festival is to encourage shared experiences and this can build trust amongst fellow creatives in an up-building environment.
