We’re all quite familiar with the incredible prog rock sound of Pink Floyd. Their songs touched on the grandiose, rebellion and the solar system. Live, their stage shows were out of this world with sets that were more designed for a theatrical musical.

But what if that was all stripped back on a more low key level. What if it comprised of no paraphernalia just four men delivering a mellow performance.

‘Acoustic Floyd’ – will be performing all the Pink Floyd numbers we’ve come to cherish at The Continental pub – South Meadow Lane – Preston on Saturday April 26th 2025 from 8pm -11pm. Tickets are available to  book from the following website link –

This is a unique performance not merely because it’s Pink Floyd done differently but because it’s for a worthy cause – MIND – the mental health charity in support of those suffering with long term mental health problems.
