It’s a fantastic opportunity to meet others who are in a similar work based situation to you. The morning is relaxed with tea, coffee and pastries. There are no forced round the room introductions.

The hour is designed as a respite from work and a comforting switch off from the daily grind in which you can be inspired and motivated to continue in your work based environment.
