Michael Bond was one of the great British authors. His most celebrated work came from the fictional stories for children, a beloved character known as Paddington Bear.

In total there are more than 35 million Paddington books that have been sold around the world and a new generation of children are appreciating this character thanks to the recent films Paddington and Paddington 2.

It’s only fitting that Michael’s final resting place was Paddington Old Cemetery but his work has never been forgotten and HOME – Arts Centre are putting on a series of recent film adaptations this October and November.

‘Paddington’ will be screened on Saturday 26th October at 11am and 1pm. Details of the following two and booking information is found at the following website link –
