Have you ever read something and assumed it meant something else? For example, the 1996 film ‘Trainspotting’ is something much more than observing the daily commute at your local train station.

Therefore the ‘Burnley Canal Festival’ is not a boring tour of canals in the North West of England, far from it. This is a fun day for all the family.

This year’s festival takes place on Sunday 25th August 2024 from 11am – 5pm- Finsley Gate Wharf, Burnley.

There is so much to do and see to keep the young ones occupied and there is entertainment for adults too.
