Remember the popular 90’s TV series ‘Stars in their Eyes’ in which the average joe public would be introduced by presenter Matthew Kelly and quizzed about his or her life and the person they’re going to be tonight.

Then, like magic they would disappear into a cloud of smoke and reappear as the pop star they said they would be ‘Tonight Matthew I’m going to be ….’

No doubt Elvis Presley has been given the Stars in their Eyes contemporary makeover but no-one does it quite like Tommy Holland in a forthcoming show – ‘Elvis – As it Was’.

Tommy and the Rising Sun Band will take you back to a time when Elvis was a mega star. Performing all the classic numbers on Saturday 14th September 2024 from 7.30pm at the Darwen Library Theatre.
