The everyday world can seem tiresome. Working to earn, earning to pay bills, tired when returning home, then do it all over again.
Occasionally you may want to escape your daily responsibilities, switch your mind and body off and enter into complete escapism.
Of course, am not suggesting you listen to transcendental meditation because that could tap into serious psychosis but something like a drama to take you away for a couple of hours…..
Fortnightly at The Continental pub on South Meadow Lane – Preston is –‘Cinema at the Continental ‘ – in the dedicated event space ‘The Boatyard’.
Experience a wide range of films from –
- Recent releases
- Old favourites
- Cult classics
- Hidden gems
There will be a vote system that gives you the choice of three films, the film with the highest amount of votes is then selected for the next screening.
The next screening is this Tuesday 7th May 2024 – 7pm doors open for a 7.30pm start. Club subs/entry is - £3 (cash on the door)
