Liverpool were fortunate to host the Eurovision Song Contest for 2023. It did wonders for the city in terms or trade and tourism as the streets were lit with colour, music and light for one weekend of pure celebration.
It appears organisers want to keep that joy going with a forthcoming event which will seem like 2023 all over again.
