Work it Out

At some point in our lives we may have reached rock bottom. Feeling helpless and hopeless yet amidst this inner turmoil comes a longing to be with people who experience similar stress and anxiety.

It’s not just a mental release it’s a physical release designed to alleviate the daily grind yet during these workouts personalities may clash however with a little humour it can brushed over and handshakes and hugs end the session till next time.

As part of Theatre 1 – Autumn 2023 – Spring 2024 Season comes ‘Work it Out’ – a compelling theatrical production with comedy at the heart of it’s creation. It’s being performed to an appreciative audience from Friday 1st – Saturday 16th March 2024 at HOME - Arts Centre Manchester.
