If The Undertones helped propel the punk rock genre, then The Overtones have, in contrast, given feel-good pop smooth sounds in the modern era.

Yes, since 2010 fans have been enjoying their pop, soul and doo-wop melodies designed to bring a smile on your face.

Despite sadly losing a member in 2018 and the following year a member left, the band have continued to boost the mood of the nation.

Last year they went on their ‘Good Times’ tour and for 2024 they’re be performing a set of intimate numbers entitled, ‘A Night to remember – Up close and personal’ – Sunday 7th April at The Blackburn King George’s Hall – 7.30pm start.
