3. Ribchester Roman Museum :-
Explore a reconstructed fort, bathhouse and neighbouring settlement. State of the art computer gaming technology makes this accessible. Roman baths provide an excellent learning tool for young children and adults alike.

2. Lancashire Infantry Museum :-
The largest regimental archive for military historical research in the North of England. Houses achievements, records and artefacts of the historic infantry regiments of Lancashire. Open from 10am- 4pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Located in Stanley Street and free admission to the public this top museum unearths a vast collection of famous Lancastrians and the hidden stories of people  past and present. Open Wednesday - Saturday
