The Amy Winehouse Experience

The majority of famous musicians created their own look and sound from their predecessors. For example, Michael Jackson stylised his moves from James Brown, britpop icons Oasis were the Mancunian version of The Beatles and Amy Winehouse paid homage to swing artist Frank Sinatra.

Even her debut offering was entitled ‘Frank’ in tribute to the artist she aspired to. Yes, Amy Winehouse was in a totally different league of her own. From her ballsy vocal range to the smooth jazz pop tunes, she took her fans to places only she could imagine in her celebrated career.

It’s over a decade since we lost Amy and no artist has been able to step into her credible shoes. The next best thing is a tribute act….
