Singer songwriter and all round accomplished musician Damon Gough is better known to his fans as Badly Drawn Boy.

He has carved out a successful career over the past 20 years or so by creating upbeat melodies and infectious lyrics we can all relate to.

In 2002 he was asked to compose the songs which accompanied the film ‘About A Boy’. The film starred Hugh Grant and Nicholas Hoult.  The main song was the track ‘Something to Talk About’. Let’s remind ourselves of that gem of a track -

Two decades plus later and The Blackburn King George’s Hall certainly has something to talk about.

On Friday 26th April 2024 from 7.30pm Badly Drawn Boy will be Live and In Conversation! Experience a live acoustic performance and an in-depth chat with the acclaimed musician.
