Varna International Ballet

Most of us in our lives have visited the local park and fed the ducks. But what about the graceful swan swaying to and fro with it’s beautiful feathers and it’s unique ability to float across the lake.

Perhaps that’s why a famous ballet is entitled, ‘Swan Lake’ as the ballerinas are compared to the glorious gaze of the wonderful swan.

The Liverpool Empire Theatre on 1 Lime Street may not have actual swans on stage but it does have professional dancers and a world renowned orchestra to accompany the tightly knit  choreographed scenes.

‘Varna International Ballet’ will take place from 9th – 11th January 2024. It’s a Raymond Gubbay production with a UK debut season.
