You’re probably more familiar with Joaquin Phoenix being the anarchistic renegade in the 2019 film Joker. You may also be more aware of Ridley Scott directing the highly successful Alien series.

However, the two have joined forces to bring an historical portrayal of the iconic French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte.

Gone are the clown like make – up and replaced with distinguished looks to govern a country as this film captures the rise and fall of one of history’s most notorious leaders.
