Southport Air Show

In 1991, I was fortunate to go on a family holiday to Cornwall. During the stay we managed to see the amazing spectacle that is the red arrows display. It was quite a performance as we basked in the southern sun.

30 years later I haven’t taken up flying neither have I returned to Cornwall the three decades since my last visit. But I am still in awe and impressed about the skill and performance technique it takes to fly a plane. For those on ground level it can be quite an incredible sight and you sometimes you even feel for their safety!

Time to experience it all over again for the annual Southport Air Show. It all kicks off from 9th -10th September 2023 at Southport Beach.
