Lemn Sissay - Let The Light Pour In

Do you have a morning routine to kick start your day? Perhaps it’s the first cup of coffee or maybe reading the paper.

Or it could be something deeper. Lemn Sissay is an established professional poet and he finds joy and contentment as well as a measure of hope and enlightenment by writing a short poem at the start of each day.

He finds it both therapeutic and cathartic as a way of exercising his mind so he can be at one with himself.

He will be sharing his work at HOME – Arts Centre as part of Theatre 1 Autumn 2023- Spring 2024 Season with this collective creative writing – Lemn Sissay – Let the Light Pour In. Lemn will be performing his work on Saturday 16th September from 7.30pm in Theatre 1.
