Ahh the violin – an instrument that is able to uplift or move us with its melancholic sound.

American musician Aubree Oliverson knows how to work her way through the complexities of a piece of music such as Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto.

This will be performed in its entirety on Friday 6th October 2023 as part of ‘Blackburn Classics Season 23/24’at the King George’s Hall from 7pm.
