Hayley's Comic

If I was to mention leading women in comedy such as Joanna Lumley, Jenifer Saunders and Dawn French a smile would come to your face as you may recall the many funny sketches they’ve been in.

But what about a lesser- known name. Young female comedians are coming up through open mics and having an evening of their own in which they can share their material to an appreciative audience.

You may not be as familiar with Hayley Ellis but already she has had a triumphant 2022 and now she returns with a new show entitled, ‘Hayley’s Comic’.

She’ll be performing her witty one liners and comic tales on Friday 15th September 2023 at the Darwen Library Theatre from 7.30pm.

She’ll soon become a household name creating the same frenzy a young Jenifer Saunders did when she started out in comedy.
