Manchester – the home of some of the best bands to come out of the last 30 years or so, a thriving art scene and the top night life catered for any do you could be planning.

Due to its inviting appeal many creative people have set up camp here and developed their craft in the form of selected art disciplines.

As part of Horizons Festival 2023, ‘We are all Manchester’ is a celebration of a series of talented artists all around the world who have settled in Manchester and developed their craft.

This is an opportunity to see the powerful impact one city can have on foreign speaking artists, demonstrating its multi- cultural influence on a daily basis.
