Russell Gurbutt is a Teaching Professor at the University of Bolton and has had three career themes - military, Nursing and education over four decades of experience. He has pursued creative interests around his working experiences and has published a series of texts and papers in related areas, including online education.  He has taken opportunities for personal development to make a difference in the sectors in which he has worked and continues to work in.
