~When you walk into a classroom do you fully understand the needs of others in the school based environment? If the answer is a resounding yes then you probably have a degree of emotional intelligence  hidden within you.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognise your own and other people’s emotions. So, when faced with a series of other students you will be able to appreciate their personal struggles and trials and find the best solution to help them. If you’re lacking in this area, don’t worry a special training course will equip you with the skills you need to care for others.

‘Leading with Emotional Intelligence’ is a one day professional training workshop which will  explore the fascinating topic of Emotional Intelligence (EI) and how it can help you to be a more effective leader.

It is scheduled to take place on Wednesday 8th January 2020 from 9am - 4.30pm at UCLAN’S Engineering and Innovation Centre, Room 315, Preston Campus.

As the day progresses you will learn the theory and core principles of EI and have the opportunity to explore how these can be applied for yourself and your working environment.

You will have the opportunity to experience immersive scenario based learning, receiving feedback from facilitators and peers. Please note:- this comes at a cost of £625 per person for the full day.
