Personal reflection is encouraged in order for the individual to shape their unique perspective on the learning experience.

The Lancashire Forum Creative team has more than 30 years’ collective experience of working with SME leaders and this experience has allowed them  to develop a deep understanding of how to help SME leaders develop themselves and their companies.
