~There are many ways to exercise and loose weight. You could sign up at your local gym, you could cycle to work or you could practise yoga to focus the mind and body. All those things are great and have proven effective, they are however, missing the one thing that makes exercising fun - the group interactivity.

On Saturday 19th May between 10am -11am is a free BMF beginner session. It will be held at Moor Park, in Preston, Lancashire. BMF stands for British Military Fitness and it incorporates a whole body workout which will improve your stamina, speed, agility and strength.

Most if not all of the exercises will be new to the beginner and each class is divided into ability groups that consist of approximately 15 people. The class begins with an intense warm up, followed by 50 minutes of individual, pairs and team exercises, ending with a cool down and stretch.

If you’re slightly nervous about starting something new, fear not! the group is friendly as is the instructor so you will be made welcome and it will soon start to become part of your weekly routine.
